Lisa G. Baxter-Folino, 55, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Monday, February 28, 2022. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, daughter of Jeanne (Woods) Baxter and the late Albert Baxter. Lisa was employed by the Town of Stafford as Chief Financial Officer. She enjoyed her vacations to Myrtle Beach and riding her Harley with her friends. Above all, she loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and cherished the time she was able to spend with them. Besides her mother, Lisa is survived by her beloved husband, Stephen Folino; daughter, Nicole Hastillo and her husband Anton; grandchildren, Ajay, Alex, and Archer; siblings, Linda Redmond and her husband Charles, Bonnie Hand and her husband Jack, and David Baxter and his partner Deb Tjernagel; brother-in-law, David Bartlett and his wife Jean; sister-in-law, Barbara Peck, Lisa Folino, Sue Corey and her husband Alan, Doreen Loalbo, and Debbie Parr; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many dear friends. She was predeceased by her sisters, Donna Baxter-Huff and Judy Bartlett. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 11:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M., with a memorial service to take place at 2:00 P.M., at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
