Earl S. Royce, 79, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. He was born in Monson, MA, son of the late Bert and Verna (Bradway) Royce. Earl attended Monson schools and graduated from Springfield Trade High Read Obituary
Sending thoughts and Prayers to the Royce family in the loss of Earl. Many memories of the many times I visited when I was just a young girl with Grandma and Grandpa Kihl. As I got older I had wonderful memories of the picnics, shuffle Board and the get together with family members. I am so sorry Mae that we were unable to attend his service due to illness, but my thoughts were with you!

In the '70s and '80s, I often umpired on the bases when Earl was doing home plate. He was always very kind, and showed me the ropes.
Earl was a good man, and will be missed.
