Nicholas Booth

Nicholas Harris Booth, 14, was taken from us suddenly on Saturday, April 26, 2008. Nicky was born and raised in Stafford Springs, CT and was loved by the whole town. His beautiful and energetic spirit lifted anybody it touched. His sweet smile and infectious laughter will be missed by all. Nicks favorite things were skateboarding, music, spending time with his many friends, and most of all the love of his family. Our little butterfly is now soaring to heaven on the wind of our kisses. Nicky leaves behind his loving parents, Lisa Christensen and Johnathan Volz; his sister, Danielle Christensen; his brothers, Kenneth Christensen, Robert Volz, and William Volz; and his nieces, Sky McKee and Gabriella Christensen. He also leaves his maternal side of the family including grandmother, Loretta Hedlin; great grandparents, Theresa and Harris Orcutt; aunts and uncles, Brian Booth, Cheryl vonBerg and Mark Soukup, Crystal Hedlin, and Steven Hedlin, Jr.; and great aunt, Lynn Clark. His paternal side of the family, grandparents, Margaret and Robert Zalewa; aunts and uncles, Barbara Emery and Daniel Miller, Corrina and Dino Lusa, Lee and Kimberly Zalewa, and Narissa and John Myers; and cousins, Carol vonBerg, Lisa vonBerg, Morgan Soukup, Uriaha Hedlin, and Eddie Zalewa. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Robert Booth; paternal grandfather, William J. Volz; and paternal great grandparents, William and Edna Volz, and Chester and Barbara Scharmer. His funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 2 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in West Stafford Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Sunday from 4-7 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Nicholas H.
