Agnes Chodan's Obituary
Agnes C. Chodan, 87, of Manchester, CT, beloved wife of the late Michael Chodan, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at Crestfield Rehabilitation Center, Manchester, CT. She was born in Superior, PA, daughter of the late John and Mary (Bartek) Fafrak. Agnes was educated at Windham High School, and retired from Remington Rand, having worked as an inspector. She was a communicant of St. Bridget Church, and member of the Manchester Senior Center. Agnes is survived by her two children, Peter Chodan and his wife Diane of Dunkirk, NY, and Annette McCall and her husband Alan of Manchester, CT; three grandchildren, Anneke Chodan and her husband John Tuttle, and Caroline and Michael McCall; two great granddaughters, Alexandra and Victoria; a sister, Anna Brodrick of Stafford Springs, CT; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by four brothers and one sister. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 23, 2009 at 10 A.M. at St. Bridget Church, Main St., Manchester, CT. Burial will follow in St. Philip Cemetery, Ashford, CT. Calling hours are on Sunday from 2-4 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
