Alan Hubbard's Obituary
Alan W. 'Hubby' Hubbard, 56, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2008 at Connecticut Hospice, Branford, CT. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of the late Bernard and Constance (Snow) Hubbard. Alan worked as a small engine mechanic at Outdoor Equipment for 20 years. He was a member of the Italian Benefit Society, from where he leaves many friends including Pop's Kids, his APA Pool League team, and was an avid sports fan of the Boston Red Sox, Miami Dolphins, and NASCAR. Alan is survived by his sister, Marcia Snyder and her husband Randy of Enfield, CT; his two nieces and nephews and their families, Melissa Reynolds and her husband Brian and their children Damon and Jaden, Jamie Hubbard and his wife Daneka and their son Ryan, Jessica Hubbard and her daughter Jade, and Jacob Coran; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many friends. His funeral service will be held on Monday, September 15, 2008 at 7 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial in Stafford Springs Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT, will be held at the family's convenience. Calling hours are on Monday from 4-7 P.M. at the funeral home prior to the service.
