Alice Remor's Obituary
Alice H. Remor, 87, formerly of Willington, CT, beloved wife of the late John Remor, passed away on Friday, May 4, 2007 at Fox Hill Nursing Home, Rockville, CT. She was born in Akron, OH, daughter of the late Saleme and Sada Haddad. Alice retired as a cooks' aide from the former Willington Convalescent Home. She was an honorary member of the Willington Senior Center. Alice is survived by her four daughters, Patricia Mihancki and her husband Robert of Somers, CT, Geraldine Cavar and her husband Thomas of Willington, CT, Marion Liggett of New London, CT, and Phyllis Delorme and her husband Raymond of Wisconsin; nine grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by three sisters, Adele Bennett, Marion Eldredge, and Tillie Babie; and three brothers, Frank Haddad, Nicholas Haddad, and Ernest Haddad. A calling hour will be held on Monday, May 7, 2007 from 10-11 A.M. followed by a funeral service at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Willington Hill Cemetery, Willington, CT. Memorial donations may be made to the Willington Fire Department No. 1 Ambulance Fund, P.O. Box 161, Willington, CT 06279.
