Amalie Lindsay's Obituary
Amalie Lindsay, 86, a summer resident at Lake Masapaug in Union, CT, died on August 17, 2010 at Centros Medicos in the Carnary Islands. Amy was predeceased by her beloved husband Samuel McCune Lindsay II, whom she fondly referred to as “her genius”. Amy and Sam were married on April 10, 1954. They spent many happy summers on Lake Mashapaug and had many friends in the Union area. She will be deeply missed by all her friends here and in Tenerife. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 20, 2010 at 4 P.M. at the Union Center Cemetery, Cemetery Rd., Union, CT.
