Andrew P. Hipsky, Jr., 79, of Willington, CT, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 3, 2012. He worked for the State of Connecticut for 25 years before retiring, and had served in the U.S. Army during peacetime. He leaves behind his loving wife, Geraldine (Kral) Hipsky; and his two children, Kenneth Hipsky and his wife Lori and their son Jeffrey of Mystic, CT, and Dawn Lewis and her husband Christopher of Myerstown, PA.
