Anthea Parker's Obituary
Anthea R. Parker, 75, of Blair Rd., Willington, CT, beloved wife of the late Charles W. Parker, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2010. She was born in Lake Edward, New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of the late Ellery and Jesse (Johnston) Watson. Anthea is survived by her eight children, Charles E. Parker and his wife Judy, Mitchell Parker and his wife Marie, Stanley Parker and his wife Sarah, Lenora Hayes and her husband William, Darla Morton and her husband Steve, Penny DeVaux and her husband Ronald, Terry Zimmerman and her husband Mark, and Romain Parker and his wife Christine; 24 grandchildren including Michael, Storm, and Colby, whom she raised; several great grandchildren; two sisters, Florence Steward and her husband Paul, and Christine Stone; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Tammy Parker. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2010 from 2-5 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will be held privately at the family’s convenience. A reception will be held at the Italian Club, Club Rd., Stafford Springs, CT, following the calling hours.
