Anthony Scott Knowlton, 26, of Manchester, CT, passed away unexpectedly on April 1, 2019 of an apparent drug overdose. We are hoping by sharing this information this will serve as a wakeup call for all the young people, and parent Read Obituary
Anthony crossed my mind today, and I felt compelled to share this. We lifeguarded together one summer when we were teenagers, and to this day it's still one of my favorite summers. He had such an easy smile and a way of making everyone around him laugh. I'll always be grateful our paths crossed. Sending love and prayers to his family and friends.
We did not know Anthony but know his grandparents, Tony and Doris Guglielmo. We want to extend our condolences to Anthony's parents and also to Tony and Doris.. We cannot imagine losing a child or a grandchild. It probably is the most devastating tragedy that can happen to a family. Please accept our sympathies on the passing of a very young man at the earliest stage of his life.

Such a short life so well lived! From the comments being shared it’s obvious that Anthony affected and inspired so many! By having the strength as a family to share the cause of his death, we are all reminded that this heinous disease does not discriminate.
