Anthony Santia's Obituary
Anthony C. Santia, 67, of Ft. Myers, FL, passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at his brother’s home in Staffordville, CT. He was born in Hartford, CT, son of the late Chester and Rose (Fanelli) Santia. Tony had worked as a professional driver for many years in Florida. He is survived by his two children, Kimberly Dunn and her husband Connie, and Kevin Santia and his wife Kerry, all of California; two grandchildren, Isabella and Dino; three siblings, Chester Santia of Vernon, CT, Carla Santia of Agawam, MA, and Emil Santia and his wife Tammy of Staffordville, CT; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 10 A.M. at St. Edward Church, 55 High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will be held privately. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Francis Medical Center Department of Surgery, 114 Woodland St., Hartford, CT 06105.
