Antoinette "Toni" M. Gilbranson's Obituary
Antoinette “Toni” M. Gilbranson, 85, of Union, CT, passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2018. She was born in Berlin, NH, daughter of the late Henry and Antoinette (Spenard) Beaudet. Toni overcame a lot of obstacles growing up during the depression era. She worked for many years earning the respect of her colleagues as a nurse at Harrington Memorial Hospital. She was a kind, compassionate, and generous women who was loved by many and will be dearly missed. Toni is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Harold Gilbranson; three children, Roxann Kavanagh and her husband Jim, Lynn Brothers, and Roland Gilbranson; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Raymond Beaudet; a special niece, Helen Vaudrevil and her husband Jerry; and many other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by seven siblings. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 1 P.M. at St. Edward Church, 55 High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Union Center Cemetery, Union, CT. The family would like to thank Woodlake at Tolland and the hospice team for all of their care and comfort.
