Antonio Tarantino Jr.'s Obituary
Antonio Tarantino, Jr., 91, of South Windsor, CT and formerly of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2017. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of the late Antonio and Virginia (Sartori) Tarantino. Tony retired having worked at the former Warren Woolen Company in Stafford. He enjoyed music and was a talented drummer, having played in a local Polka band for many years. Tony is survived by several of his nieces and nephews, and his loving companion, Marie Lagel and her family. He was predeceased by his wife, Ann (Gregorio) Tarantino, and his son, Antonio Tarantino III. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 1 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will be held privately in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Beacon Hospice, 111 Founders Plaza, Suite 1803, East Hartford, CT 06108.
