Aubrey “Verne” L. Pharmer, Jr., aged 66, of Ashford, CT, passed away at Hartford Hospital on November 6, 2020, following a long illness. He was born in Hartford on April 11, 1954. Verne was a graduate of Windham High School in 197 Read Obituary
I just heard today of Verne’s passing. He was a great guy. Some 35 years ago we rode to work together. We talked often on the aisles of Pratt. He was always friendly and in good spirits. I saw him at DD in Windham. Introduced him and his wife to my Mom. As always, it was nice to see him. My condolences to his family.

I was sorry to learn that Verne has passed away. Unfortunately I did not learn of his passing until after the services which I would have liked to attend. I've known him for many years and he was always a hard worker and a good union member. You could always count on him to show up for work, union elections and wherever he was needed. I am sorry for your loss and offer my condolences to the family. He will be missed.

I am very saddened to learn of Vernes passing. Knowing him for 45 years he was a true honest and sincere man and a good friend to me. I am so lost for words. My thoughts and prayers going out to the Family.
