Barbara Bragdon's Obituary
Barbara E. Bragdon, 81, of Stafford Springs, CT, wife of the late Marven Bragdon, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. She was born in Riley Brook, New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of the late Leonard and Beatrice (Parish) Trafton. Barbara was an inspector for several manufacturing companies, and greatly enjoyed quilting, knitting and sewing. She was a member of the Stafford Grange No. 1 and the Stafford Senior Center. Barbara is survived by her three children, Terry Clark and her husband David of Stafford Springs, CT, Dora Kopyscinski and her husband Stephen of Stafford Springs, CT, and Leonard Bragdon and his wife Monica of Coventry, CT; five grandchildren, Amy, Nicholas, Stephany, Sara and Shelby; a great granddaughter, Tehya; four sisters; two brothers; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Alice Clark; one brother; and one sister. Funeral services with burial in Stafford Springs Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT will be held privately.
