Bernice Bardini's Obituary
Bernice "Bunny" Bardini, 83, of School House Rd., Stafford Springs, CT, beloved wife of the late Aldo J. Bardini, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2009 at the Suffield House, Suffield, CT. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, daughter of the late Bramon and Alberta (Rounds) Sibley. Bunny was a member of St. Edward Parish, and the Stafford Senior Center, where she was a member of the Golden Tones, and was named the 2008 Senior of the Year. She was also a volunteer at the soup kitchen. Bunny was a very special lady who could light up a room with her smile. She is survived by her three children, Joseph Bardini and his wife Julie, Alarae Niemitz and her husband Edward, and Kim White and her husband William; three grandchildren, Crissy Bardini, Eric Bardini, and Thomas Campbell; a great grandson, Skyler Bernache, all of Stafford Springs, CT; brother, John Sibley of Florida; two sisters-in-law, Louise Scussel and Ines Bardini of Stafford Springs, CT; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Lisa (Niemitz) Bernache; and two sisters, Shirley Burke and Phyllis Donlon. Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will be held privately at St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Wednesday from 5-7 P.M. at the funeral home.
