Beth Ann Elliott's Obituary
Beth Ann Elliott (Zolty), 68, of Enfield, CT passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026 in Vermont. Beth was an avid skier who loved day trips to Mount Snow and Okemo with her daughter Ashley, Grandson Jayden, and spent most Sundays this season with her Grandson Sebastian. The mountains were truly her escape and that is where she found pure joy. She especially took pride in watching her daughters grow, graduate, marry, and start families of their own. In the summers, she adored beach days and days on the river with Amanda and family, soaking up the sun and memories with her grandchildren. Beth loved the holidays, especially Christmas, decorating her home in the most festive decor, sharing gifts with her daughters and their extended families. Of course she had to keep it “kid safe” with her fur kids, Sam and Lila, as they were professionals at knocking ornaments off a tree, shelf, or table. Halloween was always a “treat” with Amanda and her grandkids, along with their extended family, dressing up and walking around for all the candy. Beth leaves behind a legacy of laughter and sass and it will be sorely missed. She was born in Stafford, CT, daughter of the late Walter and Anne (Marvonek) Zolty. Beth graduated from Baypath College with an Associates Degree in Medical Science in 1978. She went on to spend her career in healthcare, most recently working as a Coding Compliance Specialist for Trinity Health of New England. Beth is survived by her daughters, Ashley Podrebartz and her husband James, and Amanda Elliott and her partner Francisco Garay; grandchildren, Jayden and Sebastian Garay; brother, Jonathan Zolty and his wife Carolyn; nieces, Hailey and Jordyn Zolty; and her well loved cats, Sam and Lila. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with a funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow the service at Stafford Springs Cemetery, Monson Rd., Stafford Springs, CT. Lunch will be provided by the family at Basils, 64 West Stafford Rd., Stafford Springs, CT.
