My sincere condolences to Brenda's family, I was so sorry to hear of her passing. What a wonderful and caring person she was, she was my Dad's caretaker for over a year, she was so dedicated and became such a good friend to him as well as our family. Brenda was a tireless advocate for others and loved getting everyone together. She always put her family and friends first. I have so many fond memories of her as I grew up, babysitting Deana and Teresa when we were all much younger, playing a ruthless game of UNO, sharing recipes, and working together at the UConn infirmary when I was an undergraduate there. Mostly I remember her infectious laughter and bright smile. Brenda made the world a better place and she left it much too soon. Her light shines on in her children and in their children.
