Carol A. Hubert, 80, formerly of Woodstock, CT, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024 at Kimberly Hall North, Windsor, CT. She was born in Stafford, CT, daughter of the late Honore and Bernice (Moriarty) Hubert. Carol was an outgoing person who enjoyed canoeing, yard sales, Saturday trips to McDonald’s in Southbridge to sing with friends, weeknights at Donut Dip in Dudley to hang out with friends, and spending time at Bigelow Hollow. She is survived by her loving companion of 34 years, Roger Bedard; three children, Lisa Kneeland and her husband Scott, Michael Rousseau, and Sarah Jensen and her husband Anthony; and four grandchildren, Erin and Adam Jensen, Daniel Zigadlo, and Bailee Crisinati. She was predeceased by two siblings, Janet Georgio and Honore Hubert, Jr. Funeral services with burial in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT, will be held privately.
