Carol S. Lorenzetti's Obituary
Carol S. Lorenzetti, 66, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021. She was born in San Antonio, TX, daughter of the late George W. Sawn, Sr. and Ellen (Prickett) Sawn. Carol worked as a teacher at Kids Academy in Tolland for many years. She was an avid quilter and enjoyed doing crafts. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Joseph A. Lorenzetti; daughter, Julie L. Lorenzetti; brother, George W. “Bill” Sawn, Jr.; her special friend, Annette Jung; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021 from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M., with a funeral service to take place at 11:00 A.M., at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in West Stafford Cemetery, Stafford, CT. The family would like to thank Dr. Stephanie Montgomery, Emily O’Brien APRN, and the nurses and staff at St. Francis Hospital, for all of their care and support during Carol’s illness.
