Carol A. Wheeler's Obituary
Carol A. Wheeler, 74, of Wales, MA and formerly of Stafford Springs, CT, wife of the late Willard Wheeler, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015 at Johnson Memorial Hospital. She was born in Springfield, MA, daughter of the late Herman R. and Priscilla M. (Gossman) Hooper. Carol took great pride working as a school bus monitor for special needs children and loved her job and the children. She is survived by her six children, Robert Lawson and his wife Luci, Thomas Lawson, Jeffrey Babcock and his wife Joyce, Corry Babcock and his wife AnnLouise, Debra Babcock-Doherty and her husband Rich, and Diane Epaul and her husband Quinton “Chuck”; and nine grandchildren, Dylan, Ryan, Amanda, Samantha, Jason, Jessie, Ashley, Jennifer, and Michelle. Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 19, 2015 from 6-8 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Funeral services with burial in Hillcrest Park Cemetery, Springfield, MA, will be held privately. Memorial donations may be made to Hope Lodge, 7 Oak St., Worcester, MA 01609.
