Carole Floto, 65, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, daughter of the late Joseph Dec, Jr. and Eleanor (Graves) Dec. Carole is survived by her two daughters, Stacey Bell and Andrea Floto; six grandchildren; and her brother, Stephen Dec. Visiting time will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2016 from 10:00 – 10:30 A.M. with a funeral service to take place at 10:30 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
