Cathy B. Young's Obituary
Cathy B. Young, 57, of Wethersfield, CT passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Maple View Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Rochester, NH, daughter of the late Fred and Irene (Huppee) Young. Cathy loved people, and enjoyed her time working at Evergreen Health Care Center in Stafford. She was also a member of Hope Springs Church in Stafford, and enjoyed knitting, crocheting and taking pictures. Cathy is survived by her two brothers, Robert and Ricky Young; her companion, Brian Curry, who she met at Hope Springs Church; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 4, 2021 at 2 PM at Stafford Springs Cemetery, Monson Rd., Stafford Springs, CT. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 North Beaurgard St., Alexandria, VA 22311.
