Craig, you never let adversity get you down, and when fellow Troopers were down or troubled you gave them direction and hope. To the Murray family .
I offer my deepest condolences. I worked with Craig in Hartford during "Operation True North" in the summer of 2006. I found him to a happy outgoing person who always had a smile and something nice to say about everyone. He often spoke of his wife who he said was the love of his life. He was also very proud of his children especially his son Tyler who was going to basketball camp at the time. Craig also helped me through a tough time with the recent passing of my brother in November of 2007. His kind word and prayers will never be forgotten. These special qualities in his personality is what will always make him someone that I will remember forever.
So for now Craig "Rest in Peace" until I see you and my brother again we will talk sports and politics and life in general.

My deepest sympathy go out to the Murray family for the lost of a precious loved one. We must always remember God does not make mistakes He only takes the best to prepare a place for the rest. Although at such a young age we feel Craig should still be with us, you must always remember his book of LIFE was complete.This is aroad we must all one day travel for God has it all planned for the day we were born. To the Murray Family. I am a former classmate/teammate of Craig's from UCONN. We lost touch over the years, but I will always remember Craig the person, someone who was more than a great athlete. I remember him as thoughtful person, with a great attitude, work ethic and someone who truly cared about his teammates and the people around him. He was always the guy who greeted you with a smile.
