Daniel Latour's Obituary
Daniel A. Latour, 55, of Barbara Lane, Stafford Springs, CT, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 9, 2008. He was born in Worcester, MA, son of Florence (Valois) Latour and the late Edgar A. Latour. Daniel worked as a tool and dye maker in research and development at Gerber Technologies for 22 years. He loved fishing and spending time with his family and friends. Daniel is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Barbara M. McDermott; his two children, Timothy J. Latour and his wife Barbara, and Sarah McDermott-Latour; three grandchildren, Michele Latour, Aubrey Knighton, and Madison Latour; two brothers, Joseph and Edgar Latour, Jr.; five sisters, Jeane Wrona, Charolette Garceau, Christine Agin, Susie Phelps, and Mary Williams; many nieces and nephews; and two special friends, Daryl Moss and Edward Rothe. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at 10 A.M. at St. Edward Church, 55 High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
