Darrell Zigadlo's Obituary
Darrell B. Zigadlo, 54, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at his home with his wife and sister by his side. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT and grew up in Willington, CT, son of the late Francis and Lillian (Payne) Zigadlo. Darrell worked for Festi’s Oil Service for over 35 years as an oil truck driver and doing small equipment repair. He was a NASCAR enthusiast and former modified car owner. He also greatly enjoyed camping and traveling with his family throughout New England. Darrell is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Lisa (Clukey) Zigadlo; his beloved son, Daniel Zigadlo; brother, Douglas Zigadlo of Willington, CT; sister, Donna Festi and her husband Ron “Buz” of Stafford Springs, CT; father-in-law, John Clukey; mother-in-law, Carol Hubert; brother-in-law, Michael Rousseau; sister-in-law, Sarah Jensen and her husband Anthony; two nieces; a nephew; and his dog Avery. He was predeceased by a nephew, Timothy Hartley. His funeral will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2011, with a procession forming by 1 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Church Service at 2 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church, corner of Main and High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Stafford Springs Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Friday from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
