Dollathy Barnes' Obituary
Dollathy (Padfield) Barnes, 94, formerly of Oakdale, CT and Moscow, PA, wife of the late Harrison C. Barnes, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Blair Manor, Enfield, CT. She was born in Elmhurst, PA, daughter of the late James and Mary Ann (Smithard) Padfield. Dollathy taught ceramic and pottery making out of her home for many years, and was the owner of Barnes and Wegge Five and Ten Cents store in Moscow, PA. She is survived by her two daughters, Dollathy Kosinski and her husband Carl of Corbettsville, NY, and Deborah Rodriguez and her husband Duane of Stafford Springs, CT; four grandchildren, Carl Kosinski, Jr. and his wife Cindy, Penelope Kosinski, and Jessie and Alison Rodriguez; a great granddaughter, Brianna Kosinski; and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be held on Friday, January 11, 2013 at 10 A.M. at Snowdon Funeral Home, 401 Church St., Moscow, PA. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst, PA. Calling hours are on Thursday from 5-7 P.M. at Snowdon Funeral Home.
