Donald R. Gallup, 80, of Converse St., Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2008 at Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford Springs, CT. He was born in Centerville New Brunswick, Canada, son of the late Hubert L. and Josie Lillian (Caldwell) Gallup. Donald retired as a truck driver from Cunningham Supplies. Donald is survived by his six children and their spouses, Mary and William J. Benoit II of Stafford Springs, CT, Ray and Gaylyn Gallup of Stafford Springs, CT, Donna and John Piedel of Virginia, Patricia LaFleur and her fianc Mike Murphy of Springfield, MA, Donald and Carol Gallup of Ware, MA, and Carol and John Szpiech of Springfield, MA; 12 grandchildren, Amanda, April, Stephanie, Christina, Dawn, John, Rebecca, Richard, Jennifer, Dylan, John, and Heidi; two great granddaughters, Gabriella and Soleil; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 31, 2008 from 4-6 P.M. followed by a funeral home service at 6 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
