Doris Grant's Obituary
Doris M. Grant, 80, of Stafford St., Stafford Springs, CT, and formerly of Roseland, NJ, beloved wife of the late Edward M. Grant, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2007 at her home. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late William and Grace (Johnson) Maloney. Doris retired as a customer service agent for Nabisco. She was also an active member of the Stafford Historical Society. Doris is survived by her two sons, Robert W. Grant of Stafford Springs, CT, and William C. Grant and his wife Ludmila of Newton, NJ; three grandchildren, Adam, Evan, and Kira; a brother, David Matthews of Brielle, NJ; a brother-in-law, Andrew Nubile and his wife Joy of Waldwick, NJ; a niece, Grace Nubile of Rutherford, NJ; three nephews, Richard Grant and his wife Elaine of Naples, FL, John Grant and his wife LuAnn of Plymouth Meeting, PA, and Edward Grant and his wife Janice of Charleston, SC. She was predeceased by a sister, Bernice Nubile. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2007 at 10 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Stafford Street Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Wednesday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
