Dorothy E. Bennett's Obituary
Dorothy E. Bennett, 86, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, CT. She was born in Waterville, ME, daughter of the late Harold T. and Gladys E. (Moshier) Carter. Dorothy had a love for racing and football, but took the most pride in taking care of her family and providing for them. She is survived by her beloved husband of 66 years, Herbert H. Bennett, Sr.; three children, Herbert H. Bennett, Jr. and his wife Laura, Bruce Bennett and his wife Allison, and Donna Hnatiuk and her fiancé Shanon Dore; five grandchildren, Corey Bennett and his wife Jessica, Michael Bennett and his wife Lindsay, Josh Hnatiuk, Jeremy Hnatiuk and his wife Jade, and Madison Bennett; five great grandchildren; and her sister, Rita Carter. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
