Dorothy Jones' Obituary
Dorothy L. Jones, 76, of East St., Stafford Springs, CT, beloved wife of the late John M. Jones, Sr., passed away on Friday, February 29, 2008 at Rockville General Hospital, Rockville, CT. She was born in Hartford, CT, daughter of the late Raymond and Blanche (Matros) Lemire. Dorothy retired from Pratt and Whitney Aircraft as an inspector. She was also a member of the Stafford Senior Center where she was a craft instructor. Dorothy is survived by her six children, Leslie White of Pennsylvania, Wayne Jones of Florida, Joyce Fisher of Pennsylvania, John M. Jones, Jr. of Enfield, CT, Paul Jones of Stafford Springs, CT, and Roseann Kuhn and her husband David of Vernon, CT; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and her sister, Lorraine Lemire of Bloomfield, CT. Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2008 at 10 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Stafford Springs Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Wednesday from 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
