Duane S. Bradway's Obituary
Duane S. Bradway, 81, of Union, CT, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 in the comfort of his home. He was born in Stafford, CT, son of the late Stanton and Edna Bradway. Duane was self employed as a mason until his retirement. He also ran Bradway Tree Farm, had a gravel bank, and sold firewood, and fruits and vegetables from his stand. He loved being out in his garden and worked hard his whole life. Duane is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Beverly Bradway; three children, Stephen Bradway and his wife Dana, Duane S. Bradway, Jr., and Laurie Swift and her husband Harvey; two step children, Amy Keene and Alan Keene and his wife Joanne; two grandchildren, Lisa and Tommy Swift; and three siblings, Dale Bradway and his wife Robin, Erle Bradway, and Kiki Bradway. He was predeceased by his two sisters, Phyllis and Virginia. Calling hours will be held on Friday, December 20, 2024 from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM, with a funeral service to take place at 12:00 PM, at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
