Edwin J. Zalewa's Obituary
Edwin J. Zalewa, 80, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Woodlake at Tolland. He was born in Stafford, son of the late Thaddeus and Mary (Matejkowski) Zalewa. Edwin is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Janet (Hipsky) Zalewa; two sons, Paul Zalewa and his wife Rhonda, Walter Zalewa; three grandchildren, Stephanie, Mary and Daniel Zalewa; two great grandchildren, Jay and Aden; his brother, Donald Zalewa and his wife Christine; and several nieces and nephews. “There is only one success – to be able to spend your life in your own way” and to have your achievements as Senior Draftsman acknowledged. A calling hour will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 10 AM to 11 AM, with a funeral service beginning at 11 AM at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc. 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow the service at St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT.
