Ella Maria (DaDalt) Yost, 90, of Stafford Springs, CT, wife of the late Walter J. Yost, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford Springs, CT. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, on September 16, 1921, daughter of the late Paul and Augusta (Fontanella) DaDalt. Ella was a graduate of Stafford High School and Springfield Hospital School of Nursing. She was also a member of St. Edward Parish. Ella is survived by her two children, Kathleen (Yost) Brosnan and her husband John of Virginia, and Byron Paul Yost and his wife Deborah (Spillane) Yost of Pennsylvania; three granddaughters, Alison Brosnan, and Brittany and Breana Yost; a brother, Nelson DaDalt and his wife Frances of Stafford Springs, CT; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Ada Plets; and three brothers, Leo, Remo, and Walter DaDalt. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Edward School Memorial Fund, 6 Benton St., Stafford Springs, CT 06076.
