Evelyn B. Fogil's Obituary
Evelyn B. Fogil, 90, of Stafford Springs, CT, wife of the late Floyd Fogil, Jr., passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, daughter of the late John and Anna (Molitoris) Barton. Evelyn retired from Pratt and Whitney Aircraft as a production worker. After retirement, she worked part-time as a school bus driver. She enjoyed the outdoors and maintaining her home. She and Floyd spent a lot of time at the Connecticut and Rhode Island shores on their boat, something that they both treasured. Above all, Evelyn loved her family. She is survived by her son, Darian W. Irish, Jr. and his wife Rosemarie; granddaughter, Kelly DiDio and her husband Sam; and great grandchildren, Juliana, Andrew, and Nicholas DiDio. She was predeceased by her brothers, Robert and Harold Barton. Services with burial in Gilead Cemetery, Hebron, CT, will be held at a later date.
