Florence (Davis) Hart's Obituary
Florence W. (Davis) Hart, 90, of Anderson, SC, and a former resident of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2012. She was born on December 18, 1921, in Liberty, SC, daughter of the late Samuel and Gertrude (Taylor) Whitaker. Florence is survived by her husband, Sam Hart of Anderson, SC; her daughter Shirley Geer and her husband Gordon of Manchester, CT, son Lonnie Davis and his wife Judy of Stafford Springs, CT, son Bill Davis and his wife Susan of Anderson, SC, son Tom Davis and his wife Lisa of Manchester, CT, son Roger Davis of Manchester, CT, and daughter Liz (Davis) Adams and her husband David of Westerly, RI. She also leaves behind 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband, Lonnie Davis; and her grandson, Jason Davis. She will be missed by her family and will forever be in their hearts. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 18, 2012 from 12:30-2:00 P.M. with a funeral service to take place at 2 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Stafford Springs Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT.
