Frances Lynne Broga, 63, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2009. She was born in Manchester, CT, daughter of the late Francis and Agnes (Maroney) Smith. Lynne is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years, Jan A. Broga; her son, Wayne A. Broga and his wife Laurie, all of Stafford Springs, CT; and a nephew. She was predeceased by a sister, Gail Fleming. Funeral services with burial in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT, will be held privately.
