You may remember me, Burma, I used to work with your mother at Pratt & Whitney many years ago. What a wonderful lady she was and I'm so glad she was in my life. I'm sorry we lost touch. I think of all of you now and then. I'm also sorry to see that your father passed away. Your family meant so much to me. I remember our friendship fondly. I'm so sorry for the tremendous loss you're suffering. I'm very sad, so I can imagine what a terrible time this is and has been for you. Losing your precious mother leaves such a big void in your heart-the awesome, awful pain you're suffering now won't go entirely away, but it will get somewhat more tolerable with time. I know, I lost my beloved mother to colon cancer over 11 years ago, and I still miss her so much. I can feel the horrow you're suffering.
Again, I'm so very sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful friend. Your whole family gave me a soft place to fall so many times - I don't know if you know that; of course I will never forget you.
May God hold you all closely to Him.
Love,
Margot (Peterson) Wark (Enfield, CT)
