Frances (Harper) Schilling's Obituary
Frances M. (Harper) Schilling, 66, of Willington, CT, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2013 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. She was born in Hartford, CT, daughter of the late George and Mary (Kula) Dicioccio. Frances was loved by all who knew her as she was kind hearted and had a great sense of humor. She worked for Eastern Typsetting for many years before finally retiring from Aetna. Fran was an avid reader and loved to cook and share her delicious creations with friends and family. She was a loyal wife, mother and friend and amazed everyone with her strong faith in god as she struggled through so much during her battles with diabetes. She is at peace but will be missed. Frances is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Warren G. Schilling; four children, Kathy Armstrong and her husband John, Brian Harper, Jennifer Schilling, and Jonathan Schilling; and four grandchildren. She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Breanna. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 1 P.M. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 46 North Eagleville Rd., Storrs, CT.
