She was a very special lady. She was very nice. I would help serve her lunch r her at the senior center and bring her coffee on the Friday's she came. She was very friendly to talk to. She'll be missed by many. My condolences and prayers are with her family and friends at this time

My sympathy to Frances' family. She was my first cousin and very close to my Mom. Actually, she was named after her. Every time I saw Frances she was in a good mood and very cheerful. I know she will be missed.
