Frances L. Smith's Obituary
Frances L. Smith, 73, of Willington, CT, wife of the late Donald D. Smith, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2015 surrounded by her loving family and her adored cat, The Beast. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late John and Frances (Loux) Macyko. Frances retired as a bank teller having worked at various banks throughout her career, and was a member of the Willington Senior Center. Her interests included reading, sewing, scrabble, the computer, and her family time in Maine. Frances is survived by her three children, Donna Martin and her fiancé Edward Thompson, Paul Smith and his partner Tia Klaus, and Victoria Johnson and her husband David; and her six grandchildren, Rachael, Ally, Grace, Vanessa, Hayden, and Calvin. She was predeceased by her grandson, Brandon Quinones; and sister, Roberta Robinson. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2015 from 9-11 A.M. with a funeral service to take place at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Willington Hill Cemetery, Willington, CT.
