Frank S. Luchon Sr.'s Obituary
Frank S. Luchon, Sr., 78, of Willington, CT, husband of the late Elaine (Robbins) Luchon, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Johnson Memorial Hospital. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of the late John, Sr. and Anna (Zimmerman) Luchon. Frank retired as a parts manager from Giant Vac in Windham. He was an honorary member of the Willington Senior Center, where he enjoyed playing Wii Bowling and was instrumental in the development of the Wii bowling league that competed with other senior centers. He also enjoyed carpentry and woodworking. Frank is survived by his three children, Frank S. Luchon, Jr., Donna Darling, and Deborah Luchon; six grandchildren, Russell Cowles, Jr., Melissa Flint, Sarah Flint, Ashley Luchon, Caitlyn Luchon, and Jessie Darling; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, John, Jr. and William Luchon; and his son-in-law, Gary Darling. A calling hour will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 10 – 11 A.M. with a funeral service to take place at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
