Frederick Arnold,'s Obituary
Frederick H. Arnold, Sr., 71, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Hartford Hospital. He was born in Hartford, CT, son of the late Kenneth J., Sr. and Ada (Knickerbocker) Arnold. Fred had worked as a union carpenter for the Local #43, and was a member of the Moose Lodge in Rockville. His greatest joy came from spending time out on his boat and being with his family. Fred is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Carol (Passardi) Arnold; two children, Julie Stewart and her husband Randy, and Frederick H. Arnold, Jr. and his wife Kitty; a granddaughter, Amanda Greaves and her husband Rich; two sisters, Barbara Cook and her husband Kenneth, and Debbie Hatch and Gerard LeBlanc; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Kenneth J. Arnold, Jr. and William Arnold. His funeral service will be held on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Sunday from 3-5 P.M. at the funeral home.
