Frederick M. Hajostek's Obituary
Frederick M. Hajostek, 76, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away surrounded by his family on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 in the comfort of his home. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of the late Michael and Dora (Hine) Hajostek. Fred worked for many years at Backus Motors as a mechanic, and then worked in construction. He was a member of the Italian Benefit Society, Stafford Fish and Game Club, and Strazza, Tonoli-Emhoff Post No. 26 American Legion, and enjoyed riding his motorcycle, cars, gardening, and animals. Fred is survived by his son, Frederick M. Hajostek, Jr.; two sisters, Victoria Hine and Jacquelyn Hober; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Friday, July 7, 2017 from 5-7 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will take place privately.
