Genevieve A. Fontanella, 98, of Stafford Springs, CT, wife of the late Hugo Fontanella, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2015. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, daughter of the late Charles and Melvina (Praire) Theberge. Genevieve is survived by her four children, Nancy Emhoff and her husband James, Joan Comarella, Doreen Barton and her husband Ed, and Dennis Fontanella; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and one great, great grandson. She was predeceased by her son, Richard Fontanella; sisters, Esther and Rosabelle; and brother, Dollard.
