Gloria Comarella's Obituary
Gloria M. Comarella, 82, of West St., Stafford Springs, CT, wife of the late Angelo Comarella, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2009 at Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford Springs, CT. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, daughter of the late Raymond and Esther (Theberge) McQuaid. Gloria worked as a seamstress. She was a member of St. Edward Parish, the Stafford Senior Center, and the Golden Tones. Gloria is survived by her two daughters, Linda Bouchard of Stafford Springs, CT, and Elaine Comarella and her husband Brian Smith of Marion, NY; two grandsons, Marc Bouchard and his wife Beth of Simsbury, CT, and Michael Bouchard and his wife Deanna of Stafford Springs, CT; two great grandchildren, Nathaniel and Alexandra; three siblings, Donald McQuaid and his wife Lola of Vernon, CT, Kathy Dickerman and her husband Bob of Vernon, CT, and Carol Harvey and her husband Bill of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2010 at 1 P.M. at St. Edward Cemetery, West Stafford Rd., Stafford Springs, CT. The family would like to thank the staffs at Evergreen Health Care Center and Johnson Memorial Hospital for the special care that they gave to their mother.
