Gloria Daigle's Obituary
Gloria K. Daigle, 85, of Penney Lane, Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2010 at Woodlake at Tolland, Tolland, CT. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, daughter of the late Quinto and Auguste (Negro) Spallacci. Gloria retired as a clerk from the McCormick Drug Store. She was a member of St. Edward Parish and the Stafford Senior Center. Gloria is survived by her beloved husband of 61 years, William A. Daigle of Stafford Springs, CT; two children, Donald W. Daigle of Morganton, GA, and Donna M. Parent and her husband Clifford of Canterbury, CT; three granddaughters, Michelle Flickinger and her husband Brian, and Christa and Allison Parent; a sister, Delores Lentocha of Vernon, CT; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother and sister, Nello Spallacci, Sr. and Irma Scussell. Funeral services with burial in Stafford Springs Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT, will be held privately.
