Gloria M. Thompson's Obituary
Gloria (Miller) Thompson, 89, of Tolland, CT, passed away on October 21, 2017. She is survived by her beloved husband, Donald Thompson; and her children, Deborah Thompson and Michael Thompson and his family. A graduate of Rockville High School, she moved with her husband and children to Los Angeles, CA in the early 1960s. She returned to her home state, settling in Tolland, CT, in the early 1980s. She was a very social person; she loved bowling, laughing and meeting people. Her only grandchild, Dominic, was a joy to her. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A calling hour will be held on Friday, October 27, 2017 from 10-11 A.M. with a prayer service to take place at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery, Rockville, CT. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Ave., 7th Floor, New York, NY 10001.
