Gramma Goldie was a wonderful, loving grandmother to everyone she knew. We will miss her dearly. We look forward to welcoming her back in the resurrection.
Goldie was more than a grandmother. She was my true parent. She always bragged about me even when I screwed up. With her I could do now wrong. She was always a good example in christian living. I try to follow her good example in hospitality. I love her dearly and eagerly await her return. I am glad her suffering is over and she is peacefully in Jehovah's memory. See you soon gram. love don
Death is definitely an enemy. Gram will be missed...but the good news is we will see her again in Jehovah's new system. A fond memory of Gram was when she came to Tenn to visit us. She would always steal Don's recliner. It gave me a chuckle.
Goldie had her last bad day Dec. 27th. From now on she will only have good ones. Gramma Goldie brought love to her family and her spiritual family among Jehovah's Witnesses in Conn, Mass, Colorado and Maine as well as many parts of the U.S. She is gone but not forever. Jesus' promise will be made true in her case: "The hour is coming in which all those in the 'grave' will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life." It was a gift to know her. I look forward to welcoming her back in the near future. Thank you Jehovah for the grand hope you give us.
Goldie was a wonderful grandmother. She always was thinking about every member of her large family. She loved her great great grandsons so much. We will miss her and very much look forward to when we can see her again and she can see her "cootie pies" again.
