Harold J. Hatch's Obituary
Harold J. Hatch, 88, of Stafford Springs, CT, husband of the late Shirley M. (Denslow) Hatch, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2016. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of the late Royal and Ruth (Andrews) Hatch. Harold served in the United States Navy during World War II, and retired from Hamilton Standard as a lead man in the plating department. He was a member of the Second Congregational Church of Stafford at West Stafford, Strazza, Tonoli-Emhoff Post No. 26 American Legion, and former member of the West Stafford Fire Department. He enjoyed spending his winters in Florida, listening to country music, and dancing. A loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather, Harold is survived by his six children, Harold Blake Hatch and his wife Karen, Gary Hatch and his wife Denise, Donald Hatch and his wife Celine, Joyce Hatch, Dwight Hatch and his wife Paula, and Joann Milikowski and her husband Michael; twelve grandchildren, Jason and his wife Heather, Heather and her husband Jeff, Jennifer and her husband David, Jessica and her husband Daniel, Tanner and his wife Erin, Joshua and his fiancé Ashley, Todd, Brandon and his wife Linda, Seth, Sean, Hannah, and Blake; nine great grandchildren, Katelyn, Abigail, Emma, Ryan, Magdalene, Cameron, Chloe, Mia, and Aubree; a great, great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers, John, Roger, and Maro; and two sisters, Winifred and Grace. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2016 from 2:00-3:30 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Church Service at 4:00 P.M. at the Second Congregational Church of Stafford at West Stafford, 197 West Stafford Rd., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial with Military Honors will follow in West Stafford Cemetery.
